Dr. Neelam Bapna has earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the R.N.Tagore Medical College, Udaipur and her MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from S.M.S Medical College, Jaipur , affiliated to the University of Rajasthan.
She
is at present a Member of the Jaipur Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society
(JOGS) and a Fellow of The Obstetrics and Gynaecologiccal society
of India. Her research interests include Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome
and assisted reproductive technique.
After the postgraduation
in Obstetrics and Gynecology she worked at Jaipur Fertility & Micro
Surgery Research Center for seven years & gained experience
in endoscopic surgery, transvaginal sonography & assisted reproductive
procedures like IUI, Oocyte retrieval , embryo culture etc.
She
has attended several workshops on endoscopy & ART & delivered
many guest lectures. She received best paper FOGSI 2005 Award on
her paper entitled “Embryo transfer technique- Role of transfer
catheter
She
realized the need to take this technology to every remote corner of this
vast country as well as access of this technology to poor class people.
